Digital Products
All digital products purchased via Paddle on Agustinacorrea.com are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the download has started.
Exceptions may be considered if:
- You experience technical issues preventing access to the product.
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Include your Paddle Order ID and a detailed explanation when contacting us at sales@agustinacorrea.com

Physical Products (if applicable)
For physical items:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed via Paddle using the same payment method as the original purchase once the returned item is received and inspected.
