Welcome to AC Print Studio, created and operated by Agustina Correa. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the acquisition of licenses for the designs (“Prints”) available through it. By using our platform and purchasing a license, you agree to comply with the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or make any purchases.
1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Prints offered on this website are original artworks created by AC Print Studio and are protected by Argentine and international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or transfer to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from AC Print Studio.
AC Print Studio reserves the right to claim authorship of all designs created by our studio.
2. License Types
When you purchase a Print, you are acquiring a usage license for that design. We offer two license options:
Exclusive License
The Print is for the exclusive use of the purchasing client. It will not be sold to any other client. This option carries a higher price due to the guaranteed exclusivity.
Non-Exclusive License
The Print may be licensed to multiple clients simultaneously. This option is available at a lower price, but does not include exclusivity over the design.
3. Design Modifications
Exclusive licenses include, at no additional cost:
• 2 modifications to the original design
• 2 colour variants based on the client’s requirements
Additionally, if you need any element removed from the design or require a specific file format for printing purposes, our studio covers those adjustments within the price of the exclusive license.
Any modifications made to the Prints are the sole responsibility of the client. AC Print Studio does not accept liability for the use of individual elements separated from the original design, or for versions modified by third parties.
4. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer:
Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will send the editable design file.
Google Pay / Apple Pay:
Once payment is confirmed, we will send the editable design file.
Payments with up to 60-day processing time:
For payments with a processing delay of up to 60 days, please contact us via WhatsApp to coordinate the delivery of the designs according to the agreed conditions.
All designs are sent together with their corresponding invoice.
Cancellation policy: If a client decides to cancel a purchase after it has been confirmed, a fee of 30% of the total license value will be charged as a cancellation penalty.
5. Assignment of Rights
Upon full payment, AC Print Studio will provide written confirmation of the assignment of rights over the purchased design, in accordance with the contracted license type, if requested by the client in writing.
6. Client Responsibility
By purchasing a license, the client agrees to:
• Use the design in accordance with the contracted license type (exclusive or non-exclusive).
• Assume full responsibility for the use, modification, or commercial distribution of the design.
• Indemnify AC Print Studio against any claims arising from misuse of the design by the client or any third party.
7. Amendments
AC Print Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
